Say hello to my little friend........
I love a clean house. I mean a REALLY clean house. I love to experiment with different things to see what gets what the cleanest....it's part of that OCD I talk about all the time...just nod and keep reading......
Out here in the country, we have what is called hard water (or is it soft?) Anyhow, it leaves this awful ring in the toilet. And. I. do. not. like. rings. in. the. toilet. Can't stand 'em. I can only take it for about a day or so and then, I have to get on the gloves and get the scrub brushes out! Sad and sick, but true.
Anyhow--I saw a commercial for this new Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, had a coupon for it, and bought some last week. Got around to using it tonight, thinking it probably wouldn't do any better than bleach, but LAWD HAVE MERCY ON MY SOUL--(insert the Hallelujah Chorus here) this stuff works like a charm!! I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER use anything for my toilets but Lysol Power again.
I know you think I'm weird and you'll probably de-friend me now, but I bet you'll go buy some of your own Lysol Power and have a clean toilet too!

I'm not gonna de-friend you..Just wish you lived closer so you could come clean my toilets and anything else you wanted to. Glad you have this new little gem in your life.
ReplyDeleteGood "LAWD" you're funny!
Totally agree there. Rings just don't belong in a toilet!! I'll be trying me some of this liquid miracle stuff.
ReplyDeleteYes, I do like sweet tea and my diet coke!

I'll have to try it! I am not big on Lysol, but I think only because that one time I bought classic Lysol floor cleaner and my whole house stunk. You remember that?!?!? You were dropping Carter off that morning and I had just mopped and man it stunk. Smelt like the hospital. But if you say this stuff works on rust and lime, then I NEED it! I have a hard water stone that I got at Central Vacum (spelling?) and I love it....but will def try this! Thanks for the tip! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm always looking for better cleaning products. Thanks for the recommendation!
ReplyDeleteI will pass it on to everyone, you ought to make a commercial for them... we were using some organic stuff and it did well (jk).
ReplyDeleteSounds like a dream come true! Thanks for the tip.
ReplyDeleteEvery time I clean my toilets I will think of you now...
ReplyDeleteThat's not an insult.
I promise.
Lol
I was just wondering last week what I culd use on those awful rings that would not take so much scrubbing. Thanks for the tip. I'm going to buy it tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteThe above comment was from me. Didn't mean to be anonymous, pushed the wrong button. I'm still trying to get the hang of this.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you posted this because Savannah has the hardest water around! I can't stand it! I will definitely be purchasing some of this today!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info. I feel like I have tried everything under the sun for hard water - glad to know this one does work.
ReplyDeleteHey there cute girl... I just awarded you the Honest Scrap award!!
